I’m a Stavanger-based photographer, husband, and father of three. Art has always been at the center of my life. Before photography, I built my career as a professional classical musician, and years spent on stage with my clarinet shaped the way I see people, emotion, and performance.

As a musician, I experienced those rare moments when everything comes together—the connection between performers, audience, and music. They are powerful, fleeting, and impossible to recreate. I always wished I could preserve them, and over time that desire led me to photography.

Today, my camera has become another way of telling stories. I believe photography can capture emotion with an honesty that words often cannot, preserving moments that would otherwise disappear as soon as the final note fades.

This is my space dedicated to music. Here you’ll find my work focused on musicians, concerts, rehearsals, and the people behind the performances. Having stood on both sides of the stage, I understand the rhythm, concentration, and emotion that define live performance, and I strive to capture them with authenticity and respect.
